Additional hotel room hours after the specified check-out time 4. Passport fees 5. Transportation to the departure airport in the USA 6. Travel insurance.
Payment Schedule:
* A deposit of $500.00 p/p is required with each name & application submitted.
* JUNE 29, 2023 a payment of $1000.00
* AUG. 29, 2023 a payment of $1000.00 is due on or before this date
* NOV. 29, 2023: a payment of $1000.00 is due on or before this date
* JANUARY 22, 2024: Final Payment is due and required to ticket the group / no exceptions
No names can be added after JAN.22, 2024. Passengers paying after the final payment due date (JAN. 22) will be assessed a $100.00 late fee.
Insurance:
Insurance is not included. Our travel agent will be sending out the tour conditions and Insurance information once you send in your $500 deposit and application. so you may purchase travel protection should they need to cancel for a covered reason. Or you may call an insurance company of your choice especially if you have pre-existing conditions. Our travel agent will recommend travelexinsurance.com. Insurance is required on tours where the majority of passengers are under the age of 21.
